Please contact us within the first 48 hours of receiving the faulty blind/s and we’ll get things rolling for you. Please note that if the blinds are faulty we require you to send through a digital photo of the blind highlighting the fault. This helps to determine the course of action we need to take in order to rectify the situation as quickly and effortlessly as possible. Do not try to install the faulty blinds as this will void the warranty.
If the blinds arrive in a damaged box please do not accept the parcel from the driver.
